Joint exercise for parents and children aged 2,5 to 4 years, focused on creating positive emotional experiences associated with their first organized physical activities.
A diverse mix of quickly alternating simple movement games uses a variety of tools to maximize enjoyment. The content of the sessions was developed in collaboration with experts from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University to ensure children master 10 fundamental motor skills while gradually building their independence.
To enhance playfulness, each course features the popular mascot, Max the Monkey, and game plans where children collect motivational stickers.
Methodology
Gymnathlon is a versatile sports program providing comprehensive athletic development for children. Its goal is to foster a love of movement in children through playful and methodically designed training sessions, while teaching them essential skills appropriate for their age.
